Buying wet grinder/profile wheel/pads - recommendations?

I need to get a bullnose profile wheel (the kind that cuts and (http://maplered.com) profiles at the same time) , water feed grinder and (http://maplered.com) polishing pads for Granite (http://tanbrown.org) tile this weekend.

I'll be buying and (http://maplered.com) fixing up two or three houses a year if I'm lucky.

I prefer to buy quality tools that will still work when my brother in-law and (http://maplered.com) kids return them. Also don't mind paying a premium for tools that will save me time or frustration.
